If you're new to online booking, don't worry; we have a variety of helpful videos to guide you through the process.

  Online booking not only benefits you but also helps us streamline our operations. It assists in avoiding double bookings, collecting essential client information, sending confirmation and reminder emails, and overall simplifying the process.

                                            Consultations:

  For answers to your questions about our services, Taneasha Hines is readily available during in-person or virtual consultations. Our online booking platform is available 24/7, giving you the flexibility to select the consultation or service of your choice.

                                                         Our Client Base:

  We proudly provide services to women and teens aged 12 and above. We understand that schedules can change, and your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a small business that focuses on individualized service, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. This notice allows us to offer the appointment to another client.

                               Enjoy Our Private Salon Suite:

  We're located in a private salon suite designed to provide a tranquil atmosphere for all our guests. To ensure a high-quality experience for everyone, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing additional friends. Our salon is a children-free environment to maintain a calm and focused environment for your services.

                Cancellation Policy: Extensions & Alopecia Solutions:

​

1. Cancellation Policy: We value your time, and we ask for the same courtesy in return. Our strict 24-hour cancellation policy ensures that we can accommodate all our clients. Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount, while "no-shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

2. Rescheduling Policy: Clients are permitted to reschedule their appointments up to two times from the original schedule within a 30-day time frame without penalty, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. However, please understand that rescheduling beyond this limit or repeated rescheduling may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Forfeiture of Deposit: Any cancellation or rescheduling within 30 days of the original scheduled date may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy ensures that we can effectively manage our schedule and accommodate all our clients' needs.

Please understand that deposits are put in place to cover material costs for extension and alopecia services, and for this additional reason, deposits are non-refundable.
