WHAT IS A HAIR REPLACEMENT SYSTEM?
A Hair Replacement system is provided to those who have suffered from various forms of Alopecia (Hair Loss) that is non-reversible due to irreparable damage caused to hair follicles.

IS THE PROCESS PAINFUL?
This process includes zero downtime, is applied at a topical level, and is not painful.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS/SERVICE OF HAIR REPLACEMENT?
The initial process requires 4-5 hours for application. We recommend that clients plan accordingly as intricate services can not be rushed. We want our guest to feel relaxed without other pressuring engagements surrounding the service.

HOW LONG DOES THE UNIT LAST?

HOW OFTEN IS MAINTENANCE REQUIRED?
Maintenance is required once a month nd no longer than 1 1/2 months which is often reserved for guest traveling from out of state. Maintenance consists of shampooing hair while unit is still attached to the client, re-adhering areas that may have experienced slight and minimal lifting, and restyling.

ARE THERE DIFFERENT KINDS OF MAINTENANCE?
Yes, there are various kinds of maintenance:
* Routine maintenance- consist of shampooing hair while unit is still attached to the client, re-adhering areas that may have experienced slight and minimal lifting, and restyling (usually happens every 3-4 weeks).
* Extensive maintenance- consists of shampooing hair while unit is still attached to the client, re-adhering areas that may have experienced more pronounced lifting, extra detangling/ conditioning, cleaning and restyling (usually occur in the 2nd month of wear.
* Reattachment- consist of complete removal of the unit and through shampooing of both guest and hair unit. Cutting and styling of the same then follow as normal.

ARE THERE DIFFERENT SIZES AND TEXTURES AVAILABLE?
Yes, hair units come in a variety of textures and sizes, we specialize in the low wave and curly texture units. Colors are also available depending on the hue and desired curl/ wave. Customization of color is also available during services, however, consultation required.
